Here, four different courses are offered:

  • Basic Barista

This is perfect for those wanting to make coffee at home, and start out in the hospitality industry. No experience needed, just a sunny outlook.

  • Home Brew Coffee

If getting geeky about home brew coffee sounds like Nirvana to you, then look no further. In this course you learn all about a V60 Dripper, Aeropress, and how to make the very most of your humble cafetiere.

  • Intermediate Barista

When you’ve cracked the introductory courses, the Intermediate Barista course is ready to push you even further. Learn about manipulating espresso extraction, how to produce the best steamed milk, microfoam, and start learning about latte art!

  • Advanced Latte Art

For enthusiasts of all types who want to hone their latte art skills and getting that perfect microfoam each and every time. Learn how to pour a sweet heart, a classic tulip and even a Rosetta in this class, and then head straight to Instagram.

North Star Coffee Roasters

If you’re looking for intensive professional courses then North Star could be for you. Their courses are available for both individuals, as well as large teams. They cover everything from the supply chain to brewing and then onto presentation and decoration.
