Gluten Free Pizza Recipe

Our friends at Zio in Horsforth know a thing or two about Italian cuisine. Thankfully they’re a sharing group of people and have given us their gluten free pizza recipe for you lovely lot to try at home! If you take on the challenge don’t forget to take a picture and tag us in


Shopping & Ingredients List:


160g White rice flour

280g Cassava flour

1 tbsp Salt

37g Sugar

15g Yeast

300ml Warm water

15ml Olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees (150c)
2. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer
3. Leave to rest for 15 minutes
4. Portion in to 100g balls and flatten with a rolling pin
5. Cut the dough in to a circle (use a plate if necessary)

6. Top the pizza with your favourite toppings and cook roughly 10 mins
